MUSIKALO ‘De Vergeten Farao’ (BE)

The Forgotten Pharaoh — A Musical Spectacle by Musikalo

The Forgotten Pharaoh (De Vergeten Farao) is a large-scale theatrical production by the Belgian orchestra MUSIKALO, combining live music, acting, dance, and choir into one immersive stage experience. Created with the help of roughly more than 150 volunteers, the show brings together dozens of musicians, actors, and singers, highlighting the power of community collaboration in the arts.

Directed by theatre professionals Nele Kintaert and Barbara Honnay, the production focuses on blending artistic disciplines into one seamless spectacle. With elaborate staging and strong audience interest, The Forgotten Pharaoh demonstrates how a local cultural organization can create an impressive, large-scale performance that rivals professional productions.
